What the specification should include
Pixel pitch, physical dimensions, native pixel resolution, brightness class, refresh rate, video processor, signal plan, power distribution, support structure, installation and dismantling windows should be stated separately.
Why square metres are not enough
Two screens with the same area may have different pitch, resolution, brightness, processing and installation requirements. Area alone is not a complete technical comparison.
